MINNA sought more than a beautiful storefront, they needed a complete ecommerce infrastructure. Their old system lacked centralized customer data, payment friction often caused drop-offs, and product updates required manual work across multiple tools. They required a scalable Shopify setup, a smooth checkout experience, and CRM automation that could support remarketing, segmentation, and long-term customer value.
We rebuilt MINNA’s online store on Shopify with a conversion-first design and modular components. Product pages now feature a clean gallery, structured details, and trust-driven delivery information.
In addition, we integrated:
Shopify’s product & inventory system for effortless catalog updates.
CRM workflows (customer tagging, behavior tracking, automated email sequences) to strengthen retention and remarketing.
Secure payment gateways (Shopify Payments / Stripe / local options) to reduce checkout friction and improve trust.
Together, these systems create a consistent experience across browsing, purchase, and post-purchase engagement — all while reducing operational overhead for the brand.
The integrated Shopify + CRM + payment ecosystem enhanced both user experience and backend efficiency. Shoppers now enjoy a faster, clearer path to checkout, and MINNA gains real-time insights into customer behavior, enabling targeted campaigns and automated retention flows. The new platform supports long-term scalability, reduces manual work, and delivers measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
